Q. Do we have a car park?

A. We dont have a car park but we do have on street parking which is 1 hour stay until after 5pm and then it is free until 9 the next morning.
Q. Checking in and out times for the rooms?

A. Checking in time is 2pm and checking out time is 12pm
Q. Why do we take there card details?

A. We take card details to hold the room, no payment is taken for your room. Full payment is made on departure. Only if they dont show without cancelling with in 24hrs of the booking, we will take payment of the 1st nights stay on that card.

Q. Are the room prices per person or per night?

A. Prices are per room per night

Q. What about table bookings & food and drink serving times?

A. We do take table booking. Food times are 12pm till 9pm (if Sam hasn’t got a hangover) we serve breakfast for the public at 10am till 12pm. Drink serve drink till 12pm in the week & till 1am Fri & Sat.

Q. What if we are staying at the hotel but are back after you close?

A. A key is given to you for the side entrance, with 24h access.
Q. Is breakfast included in the price and do we have a veggie option?

A. Breakfast is included in the price with veggie option. We will do breakfast at anytime you like.(must be nuts!)
Q. Events around the area?

A. There’s always lots going on in Hebden Bridge,our team are in the know and can give you all the details!
Q. Do the rooms have baths or showers?

A. Only some of the rooms have baths e.g. lush, due. All the other rooms have amazing showers.

Q. So we allow dogs in the rooms?

A. We do allow dogs into the bar, but not into the rooms.

Q. Is b@r place totally non smoking?

A. We are totally non smoking, including the rooms and we will know if you have a quick cheeky 1 out the window. A special cleaning charge is incurred of £40 if found smoking in the rooms.
