Bookings

All room bookings are confirmed using a valid credit card; alternatively a cash or cheque payment will be acceptable in advance. Credit cards are pre-authorised prior to arrival and no payment is taken until departure.
Cancellations:

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, at extremely busy times this may be extended to 48 hours, this will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late cancellations or non arrivals will incur a full charge for the first night of a total booking.
